About Plentiful

To help you, rediscover you.

Leadership coach Anushka Hall smiling at her desk

I live a phenomenal life. It has not always been this way. But today, I look back on my own life and I can say with integrity, that I inspire myself. I have built a lifestyle that nourishes me and fulfils me inside and out.

And I want this for you too. For you to be inspired by yourself and your own life.

If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself

My journey to this point is not simple or straightforward, but whose is?

Early years

Lots of stuff happened, but its where it belongs. In the past. Subsequently, a lot of healing, recovery and soul searching.

20s – 30s

Early 20s, silent mental breakdown. From this point on, life would never be the same again. And looking back now, it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. It has allowed me to excel Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually beyond comprehension.

Heights of my corporate career – I had it all, success, money and the rest of it but deep down inside I was struggling and facing huge shifts. For as long as I can remember, there was always a subtle voice inside me telling me this wasn’t it, there was more to me, and my life. Simultaneously I was made redundant after 15ish years. Plenty of self discovery on the inside and an incredible amount of change and growth on the outside. A first of many pinnacle moments.

Becoming a mama, life changing. Challenging and deeply rewarding at the same time. Another pinnacle moment.

Approaching 40

Becoming my own version of a self mastered leader, at work and in life. Living a great life, going deeper within each day, showing up as my most honest and truest self for me, my family and the people I work with. Feeling joy and richness on the inside, best feeling ever.

I began the journey of understanding who I was on the inside and it began to change my life.

We get given this life, an opportunity to define, grow and become our own version of greatness and reach our highest potential which is ultimately endless.

I want to live each day fully and if any of this resonates with you, it's because deep down you want this too.

Your heart is the size of an ocean. Go find yourself in its hidden depths
